Practice alongside three Thoracic surgeons and three RN Navigators in a well-established setting that offers autonomy, mentorship, and a healthy work-life balance. Clinical responsibilities seeing follow-up and post-op patients at SSM Health Saint Louis University Hospital Hospital rounding on post-op patients and clinical prep at both SSM Health St. Mary's Hospital and SSM Health Saint Louis University Hospital Ability to have a well-rounded practice with excellent collaboration with physician/surgeons and amazing nursing staff No nights or weekends Strong onboarding and physician mentorship Mission-driven, patient-focused culture SSM Health St. Mary's Hospital - St. Louis is a two-time winner of the Premier Award for Quality, and one of Forbes' 2026 Top Hospitals.
