We are looking to hire an estate planning paralegal to assist in the area of estate planning, and some trust administration document preparation. Notary seal preferred. Responsibilities for Paralegal
• Draft estate planning documents, including deeds
• Communicate directly with clients
• Maintain files and deadlines
• Communications with various County Recorders Offices Qualifications for Paralegal
• Familiarity with estate planning and terminology
• Working knowledge of deeds
• Strong writing skills and attention to detail
• Systematic and able to effectively prioritize and meet deadlines
• Self-starter and ability to work independently
• Able to work as a team with attorneys and other colleagues
• Demonstrate a courteous and professional demeanor Pay commensurate with experience.
