Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:

• Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is required
• Valid state licensure as an SLP in Arizona
• Experience in pediatric and/or school-based settings preferred
• Strong understanding of IEP process, progress monitoring, and compliance
• Ability to supervise and mentor Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs)
• Excellent communication skills with students, families, and educational staff
• Commitment to culturally responsive practices to serve a diverse student population

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to student needs
• Use evidence-based strategies to address speech and language deficits
• Actively participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of student progress and services provided
• Provide direct and consultative services to PreK-8th grade students in accordance with IEPs
• Supervise SLPAs, ensuring high-quality service delivery and adherence to professional standards
