Mariposa Therapy Services offers school-based and hybrid CF pathways designed for stability, learning, and long-term growth — within a therapist-led, multidisciplinary organization.

COMPENSATION

School-Based CF: $83,800 total compensation

Hybrid CF (School + Pediatric Outpatient/Home): $80,800 total compensation

• 12-month salaried W-2 position
• Base salary paid evenly across the full year — including school breaks and summer
• Consistent, predictable paychecks

CF PATHWAY OPTIONS

School-Based CF

• Full-time school placement
• IEP participation & school team collaboration
• Predictable school-year schedule
• School holidays and breaks off- enjoy fall, spring & summer break

Hybrid CF

• Combination of school + pediatric clinic and home therapy
• Broader clinical exposure
• Caseload & schedule designed intentionally

Structured CF Support

• ASHA-aligned Clinical Fellowship program
• Dedicated 1:1 SLP mentor
• CF cohort model — you're not the only CF
• Ongoing access to clinical leads
• Dedicated Development Director (15+ years clinical experience) for practical day-to-day guidance

Requirements

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology/Communication Disorders
• IVP Class One Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Eligible for Arizona DHS SLP licensure & ADE SLP Certification
• Strong interest in pediatric populations
