About the Role
The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President of Physician Revenue Operations to play a pivotal role in the financial management of physician practices and healthcare revenue cycles. The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with management, physicians, and staff to identify and implement financial improvements, streamline business operations, and enhance cash flow and receivables management. This leadership position also involves overseeing the revenue cycle processes, ensuring accuracy and integrity in all financial operations, and maintaining strong client and physician relations. The AVP will be instrumental in onboarding and insurance enrollment activities, as well as leading project management to achieve operational and financial goals. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' of experience in revenue cycle management or related healthcare financial fields, with a proven track record in leading organizational transformation and process improvement. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with a Master's degree preferred. The role demands proficiency in various software applications, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build and maintain effective physician relationships. The ideal candidate will be adept at critical thinking, problem-solving, and have a keen attention to detail. Responsibilities also include strategic oversight, collaborative management, and the development of strategies for continuous improvement in operational and financial effectiveness.
