Chinese & English Speaking Retail Sales 中文 Key Responsibilities Assist Customers 中文Assisting Chinese (Mandarin & English speaking speakers in the process of varying purchases. Conduct & Assist background checks : For International Immigrants via the Department of Justice background check system Ensure Compliance Conduct background checks accurately. Maintain Safety Handle, display, and store all inventory according to safety protocols. Stock Inventory Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked display cases. Provide Education Teach customers about operation, maintenance, and storage. Qualifications & Skills Age Requirement Must be 18 years of age or older. Background Check Must pass a mandatory criminal background screening and drug test. Experience Previous retail sales or customer service experience is preferred but not necessary Willingness to learn and grow. Knowledge Strong foundational knowledge and willingness to learn Communication Excellent verbal skills to explain complex compliance rules clearly.
