Program Administrator 2 (OIT Expenditures & Resource Oversight) Location: Office of Information Technology, Ohio Department of Natural Resources, Fountain Square Central Office, 2045 Morse Road, Columbus, OH 43229 Work Hours: 8am‑5pm, full‑time; may require evenings, weekends, and holidays, and travel. Compensation: Starting hourly pay $32.35/hr, increasing to $46.09/hr over 6.5 years; includes COLA and longevity pay. Responsibilities Monitors IT spending and software licensing utilization to ensure cost‑efficiency and alignment with biennium budget allotments. Facilitates communication between agency divisions and OIT to help staff identify technical needs and ensure proposed purchases align with documented standards. Reviews and approves IT‑related procurement transactions (vouchers and requisitions) within Ohio Buys to ensure compliance with State of Ohio and internal agency policies and OIT standards. Collaborates with the Project Management Office to identify opportunities for streamlining operations, developing standard templates, and promoting efficiency across the agency. Qualifications 4 years of training or experience in business administration, management science, or public administration; OR Completion of an undergraduate core program in the above fields and 2 years of supervisory, administrative, or managerial experience; OR Completion of an undergraduate core program in an academic field commensurate with OIT Expenditures & Resource Oversight and 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience in a related staff position; OR 1 year experience as Program Administrator 1, 63122; OR Equivalent minimum class qualifications for employment.
