AD or Director, Biostastics

The Company Our client is a clinical-stage biotech developing innovative oncology therapies. This is an opportunity to join a collaborative, fast-growing organisation where you'll play a key role in shaping clinical development programmes. The Role Own and run the full statistical leadership across clinical development programmes, working closely with Clinical, Regulatory, Data Management and Programming teams, internally and externally, to support the design, analysis and reporting of clinical trials. Key responsibilities include: Lead statistical activities across clinical studies from design through to reporting. Develop study protocols, Statistical Analysis Plans and trial methodologies. Provide statistical input into regulatory submissions and clinical study reports. Collaborate with Data Management and Programming teams to ensure high-quality datasets and outputs. Review statistical deliverables and oversee CRO partners where required. Contribute to process improvements and statistical best practice across the function. You PhD in Biostatistics (or related discipline) with 5+ years' industry experience, or MSc with 7+ years. Oncology clinical development experience preferred. Strong knowledge of FDA, EMA and ICH guidelines. Expertise in clinical trial statistics, SAS, R and CDISC standards (SDTM/ADaM). Experience supporting global regulatory submissions. Strong communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work effectively within a collaborative, fast-paced biotech environment.
