Automotive Service Advisor

We are seeking a Sales and Service Advisor to promote and sell automotive services and products while providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include greeting customers, documenting concerns, recommending services, providing accurate quotes, and updating customers on vehicle repairs. The role involves promoting sales, ensuring customer satisfaction through follow-ups, and maintaining proper documentation of service activities and warranties. Adherence to company policies and behaviors aligning with standards is essential.
