The Production Supervisor will oversee a small team of 1-10 employees primarily working the night shift within an assembly line environment. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth production operations through effective team management, planning, and performance monitoring, reporting directly to the Production Manager.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support a small team of production employees on the night shift
• Plan and schedule production activities to meet operational targets
• Monitor team performance and productivity to ensure efficiency
• Oversee inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments
• Coordinate training and development initiatives for production staff

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in production supervision

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles
• Experience with Quality Assurance processes
• Strong team leadership skills
• Inventory management experience
• Problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication skills
• Good time management skills
• Bilingual (English, Spanish)
