Required Skills:

• Minimum of 3 years of clinical anesthesia experience
• Proficiency in providing anesthesia for general, OB, ENT, and PEDs procedures
• Strong skills in epidurals, TAP blocks, spinal and peripheral blocks, and TOLAC/VBAC cases
• Ability to work independently in an unsupervised setting and collaborate with MDs when necessary
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills
• Respond promptly to beeper call within 30 minutes during scheduled shifts and call periods

Nice to Have Skills:

• Certification in TEE (Transesophageal Echocardiogram) is a plus but not mandatory
• Experience with emergency cases and high-acuity patient populations
• Bilingual abilities or additional language skills to serve diverse communities

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) licensed in Minnesota
• At least 3 years of anesthesia practice, including OB and PEDs experience
• Prior experience working in a hospital or surgical center environment with supervised and unsupervised care models

Other Requirements:

• Valid Minnesota RN and CRNA licensure
• Availability for full-time work, including weekends, evenings, and overnight shifts
• Willingness to float between facilities as needed (Owatonna and Faribault, approximately 20 minutes apart)
• Ability to handle scheduled and emergent anesthesia cases, with flexibility to respond to call demands such as epidurals, tap blocks, and OB procedures
