They are needing someone who can serve as a true trademark subject matter expert—not simply maintain a docket. This role is a combination of high-level trademark prosecution, international portfolio management, and exposure to a broad range of client industries. Salary: $125,000 - $140,000 per year Job Details Requirements: 5 + years of Intellectual Property experience supporting large Trademark Portfolios Knowledge of USPTO, WIPO, and international trademark rules and procedures Proficiency in understanding IP docket and deadlines and maintaining Secondary Docket Experience with International trademark filings, renewals, ownership transfers Experience with Trademark searches, watch notices, copyright filings, and IP due diligence projects Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
