Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with High Net Worth individuals, families, and family offices. Identify and target prospective clients to grow the private client division. Provide tailored insurance solutions to meet the unique needs of HNW clients. Collaborate with account managers and support staff to ensure seamless client service. Stay informed about industry trends and market developments to offer innovative solutions. Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals. Represent the agency professionally in client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities. Qualifications/Requirements Active CPRIA and P&C licenses are required. Proven experience working with High Net Worth clients, preferably with a background in family office environments. Strong sales and business development skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage complex accounts with revenue ranging from $1,000 to $10,000+. Familiarity with private client insurance products and services.
