Responsibilities Answer incoming calls, emails, and in-person customer inquiries in a courteous and professional manner. Experienced in office administration and supporting daily business operations. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, and Word. Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to build positive relationships.
