Room Attendant / HousekeeperHomewood Suites by Hilton Minneapolis Mall of America in Bloomington, MN, is looking to add a Room Attendant / Housekeeper to be responsible for the overall cleanliness of the hotel, ensuring guest satisfaction, and meeting product quality standards.This position requires weekend (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) and holiday availability. Hotel will provide a $1.00 per hour weekend bonus for work on Friday, Saturday, and Sundays through August.Job Qualifications:Highly motivated team player with strong initiative and desire for achievement Must be effective in handling problems in the workplace including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems as necessaryAbility to work well in stressful situationsReadily available and approachable for all guests while providing excellent guest serviceThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The number of hours you will be scheduled to work during the week is variable and is based on guest occupancy, season, staffing and other factors.
