Expectations are high, and so are the rewards. The Business Analyst team shapes the strategy, growth, and performance of Robinhood's credit products, delivering top-tier experiences for our users. As part of the broader Credit organization, we work closely with product, engineering, risk, and operations to unlock sustainable business growth through deep analytical rigor. Our team fosters a collaborative, ownership-driven culture where every analyst directly influences business strategy and product direction. As a Business Analyst, you'll be part of an 18-month rotational program, completing approximately five rotations across different areas of our Money and Growth org. Each rotation embeds you alongside product, engineering, risk, and operations teams — giving you direct exposure to the metrics, stakeholders, and strategic priorities that drive Robinhood's core business. You'll own real work from day one, build cross-functional fluency fast, and leave each rotation having made a measurable impact. This role is based in our Washington, D.C. office, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week. Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected base pay range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed.
