Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to identify patient needs and preferences.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that are responsive to the dynamic requirements of patients and their families.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, monitoring progress and adjusting practices to optimize patient outcomes.

• Maintain thorough and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.

• Work in collaboration with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including doctors, nurses, and other specialists, to provide holistic care.

• Provide education and support to patients and families regarding mental health care resources and coping strategies during challenging times.

• Actively engage in continuing education and research to stay informed about the latest developments in mental health and hospice care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
