Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will be responsible for:

• Providing individual and couples therapy for a diverse client base, addressing a range of psychological and emotional challenges.

• Maintaining timely documentation of all client interactions, including notes and record-keeping activities, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
\n
• Managing your calendar effectively by scheduling ongoing appointments and adapting to the needs and preferences of your clients.

• Working collaboratively with our billing service to handle client and insurance accounts, ensuring smooth billing processes and follow-ups regarding eligibility checks and payment plans.

• Utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, demonstrating adaptability in your approach.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will focus on providing compassionate care to clients of all ages, particularly within the hospice setting. This includes offering emotional support to patients facing terminal illness, as well as providing guidance and therapy for family members coping with grief and loss. The role demands a high level of empathy, understanding, and cultural competence to effectively serve our diverse community.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work or Clinical Psychology.

• Current independent licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.

• Demonstrated professionalism in therapeutic settings, including excellent boundaries and a strong sense of cultural competency.

• Self-motivated and organized with effective time-management skills to balance a full caseload.

• Ability to engage effectively with clients from various backgrounds and present a range of clinical issues.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with significant training or experience in couples therapy or hospice care will be highly regarded. Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
