Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop comprehensive and individualized treatment plans for clients, incorporating their unique needs and circumstances.

• Facilitate communication with school staff and parents to support students’ socio-emotional needs, especially as they relate to their health and well-being.

• Utilize clinical assessments to guide treatment plan development, applying evidence-based practices specific to hospice care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on patients receiving hospice care, which includes individuals facing terminal illnesses and their families within the Spanaway community. As a Senior LICSW, you will address the challenges these clients face, providing emotional support and facilitating access to resources that enhance their quality of life. This role requires sensitivity and a strong ethical commitment to patient dignity and respect during their end-of-life journey.

Qualifications\n

• Active licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.
