However, because we provide services through a hospice center, occasional evening and weekend hours may be required to address client needs and participate in program activities. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker at Legacy Healing Center, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ emotional, social, and environmental circumstances to fully understand their challenges.

• Develop individualized service plans that outline client goals, appropriate interventions, and monitor their progress.

• Engage in individual and family counseling, helping clients explore their feelings, cope with difficult situations, and develop resilience.

• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of clients during emergencies.

• Collaborate with various community organizations, ensuring that clients have access to vital resources and support systems.

• Participate in case conferences and team meetings, contributing to discussions regarding client care and program development.

• Engage in community outreach initiatives to promote awareness of the services offered by our agency and the challenges faced by vulnerable populations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on providing social services to individuals and families who are facing a variety of social, emotional, and economic challenges. These may include those experiencing homelessness, domestic violence, mental health issues, substance dependency, and poverty. You will serve as an advocate and a resource for them, guiding them to overcome obstacles and access essential services and support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
