Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement individualized therapy strategies tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine appropriate treatment plans.

• Administer evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and cohesive client care.

• Maintain accurate, thorough clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training to stay informed about the latest research and best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve clients who may have limited access to traditional mental health resources, offering them guidance and support for a variety of mental health challenges. You will address issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance misuse, and relationship difficulties, working with individuals, families, and groups to foster resilience and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
\n
• Possession of active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.
\n
• A minimum of 2 years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical environment, is essential.

• Strong understanding of ethical and legal standards in mental health practice.
\n
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Experience in working collaboratively with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.

• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software and related technologies.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance abuse counseling is highly desirable.

• Competitive salary range of $70,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload availability.
