Key Responsibilities\n

In your capacity as an LICSW, you will play a crucial role in providing psychotherapy services for patients experiencing a range of mental health concerns. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments and developing personalized treatment plans that adhere to established best practices.

• Utilizing diverse therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other evidence-informed techniques, tailored to each client's needs.

• Maintaining comprehensive and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards and best practice guidelines.

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary treatment teams that may include psychiatrists, psychologists, and nursing staff to optimize patient outcomes.

• Engaging in regular case consultations and peer reviews to discuss cases and enhance service quality.

• Providing essential education and support to patients and families about mental health conditions and available treatment options.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a member of our team, you will serve a diverse patient population facing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, grief due to loss, and other psychosocial challenges often experienced in a hospice setting. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.

• A minimum of three years of clinical experience, particularly in a therapeutic role, preferably in end-of-life or hospice care.

• Strong knowledge of solution-based therapeutic interventions.
