Key Responsibilities\n

• Serve as a primary clinician for designated clients, providing counseling and support both virtually and, when appropriate, in the community.

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations, creating individualized treatment plans that align with the clients' goals and needs.

• Implement evidence-based interventions and facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions focused on mental health recovery.

• Collaborate with colleagues across disciplines to exchange relevant patient information, ensuring a coordinated approach to healthcare delivery.

• Participate in crisis intervention efforts, employing effective strategies to manage emergencies and ensure client safety.

• Monitor and document client progress, including adhering to admission and discharge criteria, and maintain comprehensive case records in compliance with ethical guidelines.

• Engage in continuous professional development and participate in team meetings and committees that focus on quality improvement in service delivery.

• Provide on-call coverage during and after program hours as needed, which may require flexibility in your schedule.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Community Uplifters LLC offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
