Role

Senior Director of US Patient Marketing, leading strategies to engage patients throughout their journey for immunology-focused biopharma products, including launch readiness and ongoing support initiatives.

Responsibilities

• oversee patient insights, segmentation, journey mapping, messaging, campaign execution, and support tools;
• manage patient support programs, digital media strategies, and cross-functional collaborations with Medical, Market Access, Legal, and Regulatory teams;
• develop KPIs, measure campaign impact, and optimize engagement;
• lead team development and manage budgets and agency relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree;
• 8+ years in US patient marketing with at least 3 years in leadership;
• experience supporting product launches in immunology, rare, or specialty diseases preferred;
• strong understanding of the US patient ecosystem, compliance, and innovative engagement tactics;
• excellent leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
