What You’ll Be Doing As a Team Lead , you’ll be responsible for both execution and team leadership: Lead the Crew : Supervise and direct teams on-site to meet deadlines and quality standards. Execute Installs : Assemble and install heavy‑duty steel fixtures, gondola systems, and racking . Work in High-Bay Environments : Operate in stores with exposed structural steel, high ceilings, and lift equipment . Read & Execute Plans : Interpret blueprints, layouts, and Plan‑O‑Grams (POGs/MODs). Ensure Safety & Quality : Maintain safety standards when working with lifts, tools, and overhead structures. Problem Solve in Real Time : Adjust layouts, troubleshoot issues, and keep projects moving. What We’re Looking For Proven Leadership Experience (Lead, Supervisor, or Crew Lead role). 2–4+ years in retail installation, merchandising, or construction environments . Experience in high‑bay / warehouse‑style retail stores (preferably in a travelling merchandising role). Travel & Requirements Weekly travel (500+ miles, overnight stays).
