Direct Sales Specialist

A fast-growing, financially stable fiber internet provider is seeking an energetic and customer-focused Direct Sales Advisor to help bring reliable, high-speed fiber internet to local residential communities. This is a high-activity field sales role for someone who enjoys meeting new people, working independently, and being rewarded for results. You will represent a respected company in assigned neighborhoods, educate residents on a simple and valuable product, and help customers make the switch to fiber internet. What You’ll Do Meet with residents door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods to introduce fiber internet service Present the product, answer questions, and enroll new customers Follow up on leads and prospective customers by phone and in person Participate in community events and local outreach efforts Build and manage a consistent sales pipeline through daily field activity Track local competitor activity and share market feedback with sales leadership Represent the company professionally and build trust within the community Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals What We’re Looking For Sales, customer service, canvassing, or other high-activity, customer-facing experience Outside sales, door-to-door, telecom, solar, security, pest control, home improvement, automotive, or wireless experience is a plus Competitive, self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working independently Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable being outdoors and walking door-to-door for much of the workday Ability to work some evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background, drug, and driving-record screening Must be at least 21 years old and authorized to work in the U.S. What’s Offered Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission Company vehicle, iPhone, and iPad Comprehensive benefits, PTO, 401(k), and tuition reimbursement Paid training, coaching, and ongoing sales support Clear growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding company If you enjoy a fast-paced sales environment, want to represent a product customers need, and are motivated by performance-based earnings, we would love to connect. #J-18808-Ljbffr REVEL SEARCH®
