Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education Teacher certification/license for Illinois (or eligibility)
• Experience working with elementary students (K-4 preferred)
• Strong knowledge of IEP development and case management

• Ability to adapt to new settings and quickly build rapport with students and staff

Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized instruction in accordance with IEPs for elementary students
• Assess student progress and adjust plans to meet evolving needs
• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families
• Maintain accurate records and compliance documentation
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment
