Treatment plan coordinator; Patient care coordinator

Responsibilities:
- Greet patients warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere
- Answer phone calls, schedule and confirm appointments
- Verify insurance and collect co-pays
- Handle patient check-in and check-out
- Manage patient records and follow HIPAA guidelines
- Support the dental team with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Prepare and present patient's treatment plan

full-time $25 - $35 per hour

- Work Hours: Monday to Friday 7:30AM to 5:30PM (would consider 4 days a week)
- Breaks: 60-minute meal break (not counted as work hours).
- Overtime: Overtime available during busy seasons and paid at 1.5x the regular hourly rate.
- Weekend Work: No weekend shifts required.
- Holiday Shifts: Occasional holiday shifts, compensated at double time.

Comfortable with computers and dental office software (experience with [e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft] is a plus)
Able to multitask in a busy environment
