Digital Content Specialist

We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our growing company in the role of Digital Content Specialist. This position will connect our brand and products to consumers through all digital channels. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in building large scale digital campaigns. You should enjoy encouraging consumers to purchase through engaging content, compelling advertising, and using sophisticated contact strategies at scale. This position will be exposed to social, paid, programmatic, lead generation, CRM, and many other digital tactics. Frasier Enterprises is located in Johnstown, NY and is the headquarters for a multi-franchise ownership organization that specializes in sales and marketing of hearing solutions to consumers. We operate over 600 retail locations across the US including Boston, Chicago, and New York. There are over 1100 employees nationwide and operations in 26 states. Responsibilities Manage online presence for local marketing efforts and support national campaigns. Lead GEO content strategy for LLM visibility and performance. Create and launch email campaigns and nurture audience development. Manage Online Reputation platforms and strategies. Develop creative assets for social media and website content. Liaise between stores helping to manage retail logistics Qualifications Degree in Marketing, Business, or 2+ year of digital marketing experience Experience managing aspects of digital marketing, website updates, email communications, or similar online advertising. Team player that works well recognizing new opportunities and enjoys being challenged. Flexible and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal direction. Excellent communications skills with a keen eye for detail. Bonus points for being familiar with the Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, or other tools.
