The Team We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with a prior sales and telemarketing experience to join our team. The Role
- Set qualified appointments for inside or field sales, making 50-60 calls per day
- Conduct primary research through interviews with appropriate decision makers.
- Engage decision makers on the phone to discuss their business pains.
- Conduct peer-to-peer conversations with senior executives, multiple individuals in each target company to gain a cross-functional view of the enterprise and its purchasing behavior.
- Manage goals and objectives of multiple projects at the same time.
- Document information and complete accurate, clear, concise reports for our clients.
- Identify key decision makers within targeted accounts.
- Manage databases by appropriately completing the various components defined by the
Functional Requirements Experience with inside or field sales (IT or enterprise software sales preferred)
- Experience with B2B tele sales required
- Proven success with Account Management/Development
- Ability to promote company's value proposition demonstrated with sales goals that meet or exceed company goals
- Proven success with consultative, conversational style of solution selling
- Minimum degree requirement: BA/BS (Equivalent work experience will be considered)
- CRM proficiency (salesforce.com preferred)
