Job Overview Starting Pay: $20.00/hr Company: Chick-fil-A USC Industry: Quick‑service restaurant Position Type: Full-Time or Part-Time, opening/day and evening/night shifts. Responsibilities Provide high‑quality customer service and satisfaction. Deliver hospitality and positive influence within the team and community. Participate in an upbeat, record‑setting environment with top‑quality products. Use our CORE 4 model to serve guests: eye contact, smile, speak enthusiastically, stay connected. Support upper management and leadership growth, including opportunities for Team Trainer, Team Lead, Shift Lead, and Director positions. Requirements Passionate about serving others. Drive to learn and grow. Strong work ethic, team‑oriented, adaptable, dependable, and positive attitude (coachable). Ability to work in a quick, efficient, and thorough pace; hustle is a must. Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of standing and walking. Access and navigate all areas of the restaurant. Lift up to 25–45 pounds at times. May be required to work in excessive heat and cold in association with the kitchen environment. Requirements/Responsibilities Consistency and reliability. Cheerful and positive attitude. Values teamwork. Loves serving and helping others. Work quickly and efficiently. Follow food safety and cleanliness guidelines. Maintain proper quality parameters.
