We are looking for an experienced Front Desk Agent to join our team in Miami Beach. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent customer service, and experience using front desk systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out
- Manage reservations and bookings
- Handle phone calls and guest inquiries
- Use front desk systems
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
Requirements:
- Advanced English (spoken and written)
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Reliable and professional
- Ability to work flexible shifts
