Job Summary As a Front Office Associate at Ideal Dental, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional care and support to both our patients and dental team. Responsibilities Welcome guests with a warm, friendly, first impression as their go-to point of contact Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure each guest has a positive experience Efficiently manage appointment confirmations and adjust schedules to keep things running smoothly Coordinate financial agreements and ensure clarity for guests Maintain a clear, organized, and inviting office environment for both the guests and team members Assist with other tasks as needed to support the office and team What do you need to have to be a part of our team?
