For This Role, You Will Need: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field. Minimum of five years of progressive human resources experience, including employee relations, compensation, benefits, training, and safety. Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment law, and best practices, including regulations related to employee and labor relations. Demonstrated success building collaborative relationships and credibility with supervisors, managers, and key stakeholders. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organization. Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
