Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruiting for exempt and non-exempt roles across assigned functions Execute sourcing strategies aligned to role requirements and hiring timelines Manage candidates through the recruiting lifecycle from initial screening through offer acceptance and onboarding handoff Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, priorities, and timelines Participate in intake discussions to align on job scope, required skills, and interview approach Coordinate interview scheduling and support compliant, efficient hiring processes Source candidates using LinkedIn, ATS, referrals, and other recruiting channels Communicate clearly with candidates throughout the hiring process Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in corporate, agency, or RPO environments Experience recruiting for entry- to mid-level professional roles Strong communication and organizational skills Proficiency with ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter Preferred Experience supporting multiple roles or functions simultaneously Background in fast-paced or growing organizations Familiarity with recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill and candidate flow Interest in developing sourcing and talent advisory skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
