Dotmatics seeks a Manager for Professional Services to lead a team of technical consultants delivering enterprise solutions, with focus on lab orchestration and laboratory automation. The role combines people leadership, customer consulting, and commercial services management across the customer lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of technical and scientific professional services consultants
- Manage complex solution delivery for enterprise R&D customers with lab orchestration focus
- Build lab orchestration capability and establish repeatable implementation approaches
- Collaborate with Sales, Solutions, Product, and Engineering throughout customer lifecycle
- Coach specialists and develop individual career paths within the team
Requirements
- Experience leading technical professional services or consulting teams
- Knowledge of laboratory automation, instrument integration, and scientific workflows
- Strong people leadership and team development capabilities
- Experience managing complex enterprise customer implementations
- Commercial services management and P&L responsibility
- Ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders
