State Insurance USA is expanding quickly, and were excited to add a motivated 2-20 Licensed Insurance Agent to become an integral part of our New Business Team. If you have a passion for sales, a keen eye for detail, and a dedication to customer satisfaction, you'll thrive in our company. This is a Full-Time, on-site position at our Fort Myers location off Colonial Blvd. Applicants for this position must hold an active 2-20 license, and have 2+ years of experience as a 2-20 Insurance Agent. Working hours are 8:30am5:00pm, MondayFriday. This position has a base salary of $20-$23 an hour, plus revenue-based commission. In this role, you will help ensure our clients receive the exceptional care and clear communication they deserve. -Engage clients with a warm and positive demeanor, addressing their insurance inquiries and providing knowledgeable guidance tailored to their needs.

-Diligently work toward maintaining client satisfaction by identifying their needs and recommending suitable home or auto insurance policies that align with their requirements.

-Assist clients in understanding and managing their insurance policies, ensuring they have adequate coverage for their needs.

-Participate in marketing events to acquire referral partners

-Write and bind policies

-Cultivate strong relationships with clients, building trust and fostering long-term partnerships.

-Active 2-20 Florida License is required.

-2 years insurance experience as an agent is required

-Strong verbal and written communication skills.

-Dedication to providing excellent customer service and exceeding client expectations.

-Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask efficiently.
