Litigation ParalegalA respected Pittsburgh law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support its Litigation and ERISA practice groups.Requirements:3+ years of litigation paralegal experienceMUST have timekeeping/billable hours experienceStrong Microsoft Office, Adobe, and DocuSign skillsExperience with federal court filings is a plusExperience with ERISA, employment law, labor law, or complex litigation preferredFamiliarity with Aderant, iManage, Relativity, CaseMap, or Trial Director is a plusWhat You'll Do:Support attorneys through all phases of litigationManage discovery, document production, and court filingsConduct legal research and case managementTrack billable time and assist with client billingCoordinate deadlines and maintain case filesWe're looking for someone with a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and grow in a sophisticated litigation practice.Salary commensurate with candidate experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
