Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage in regular communication with physicians and educational staff to relay patient progress, address concerns, and highlight possible issues that may affect student well-being.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress notes in compliance with state regulations and internal policies, ensuring timely updates and continuity of care.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans, including discharge strategies, based on in-depth psychosocial assessments.

• Empower clients by educating them on mental health conditions, fostering resilience through guidance on effective coping mechanisms and self-care practices.

• Uphold strict confidentiality standards, ensuring client privacy is protected in accordance with ethical guidelines and legal requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on school-aged children and adolescents grappling with a range of emotional and behavioral challenges. Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
