Schedule:  Monday-Friday 7AM to 4PM

About the Opportunity:  The purpose of this position is to support and oversee daily accounting activities while identifying and implementing process improvements. The Staff Accountant plays a critical role in supporting the organization's financial operations, growth, and profitability.

What You'll Do:

• Record and post daily financial transactions while maintaining accurate supporting documentation.
• Process vendor invoices, customer billing, and monitor outstanding balances.
• Contribute to monthly and annual close processes by organizing data and preparing schedules.
• Perform account analyses and resolve discrepancies within bank and ledger accounts.
• Compile financial statements and assemble materials needed for internal and external audits.
• Maintain adherence to internal controls, accounting standards, and company procedures.
• Provide analytical and administrative support to senior accounting staff on special projects and reporting initiatives.

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 
• Basic understanding of GAAP and general accounting principles.
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience is required
