Construction Project Manager

We're a Top 20 ENR General Contractor seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to support the delivery of large-scale hyperscale data center projects across the Northern Virginia market. This role is ideal for an MEP leader with experience managing complex building systems on mission critical projects and a strong understanding of the pace, technical demands, and operational requirements associated with hyperscale data center construction. Key Responsibilities Lead all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection scopes from preconstruction through commissioning and turnover Manage MEP coordination across multiple project teams, design partners, owners, and trade contractors Drive schedule, budget, procurement, and risk management for all MEP-related workstreams Oversee installation quality, testing, startup, and commissioning to ensure successful system performance Partner with operations and field leadership to proactively resolve technical challenges and maintain project momentum Support client-facing coordination and reporting throughout the project lifecycle Qualifications 4+ years of construction experience with a strong focus on MEP project management Prior experience delivering hyperscale or mission critical data center projects strongly preferred Experience working for a General Contractor, Construction Manager, or major MEP subcontractor Strong technical understanding of: HVAC and critical cooling systems Electrical distribution and backup power systems Plumbing and fire protection systems Commissioning and turnover processes Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and fast-paced project environments Why This Opportunity Join one of the most respected builders in the country with a strong hyperscale data center backlog Work on large, technically demanding projects with leading cloud and technology clients Clear path for long-term growth into senior operational leadership Competitive compensation, bonuses, vehicle allowance, and full benefits Location Northern Virginia (project/site based) #J-18808-Ljbffr TYG
