Strategic Contract Recruiter — Finance & Investments

Our client is seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting initiatives across business and corporate functions. This individual will partner closely with hiring managers and HR leadership to identify, attract, and hire top talent in a fast-paced investment management environment. Job Function Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake through offer stage Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, candidate profiles, and recruiting strategies Source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channels Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for both technical and cultural fit Coordinate and manage interview scheduling and candidate communication Maintain accurate candidate tracking and recruiting documentation within ATS systems Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process Provide market insights, compensation trends, and recruiting updates to stakeholders Support recruiting process improvements and hiring initiatives as needed Job Requirements 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience Prior recruiting experience within financial services, investment management, private equity, hedge funds, or related industries preferred Strong sourcing and talent pipeline development experience Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and hiring managers Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment Proficiency with ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter Disclosure: The hourly rates and/or salaries listed may or may not reflect total compensation packages including bonus and fringe benefits, etc., nor are the advertisement(s) posted a guarantee of a certain compensation package for a position or bona fide offer of employment.
