Reporting to the Assistant Global Controller, you will manage a team of three, own month‑end close activities, drive process improvements, and support technical accounting in a dynamic, global environment. What You’ll Do Manage and mentor a team of GL accountants while leading month‑end close activities, journal entries, and reconciliations. Oversee global consolidations, intercompany transactions, and multi‑site financial reporting. Serve as Blackline administrator and drive increased functionality across corporate and site locations. Support preparation of consolidated financial statements, management packages, and investor reporting. Own fixed‑asset accounting and reporting using Sage Fixed Assets. Lead technical accounting efforts, including revenue recognition (percentage of completion and ASC 606) and lease accounting. Partner with global site teams to ensure timely and accurate financial data. Drive process improvements, internal controls, and system enhancements (Epicor, NetSuite). Support external audits and coordinate with auditors (Grant Thornton). Contribute to ad‑hoc projects and prepare for continued business scaling. What We’re Looking For Experience: 7+ years in general ledger accounting with 3+ years of management experience; global or manufacturing background strongly preferred. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required. Certifications: CPA preferred. Technical Skills: Blackline experience required; NetSuite and Epicor experience strongly preferred; advanced Excel. Knowledge: Deep US GAAP expertise, consolidations, revenue recognition, and internal controls. Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and analytical abilities with a continuous improvement mindset.
