Radiology Scheduler

To support patient scheduling needs, the full-time Radiology Scheduler will manage appointment coordination for various diagnostic imaging services in a remote work environment, ensuring a compassionate and efficient patient experience. Key responsibilities Manage inbound and outbound patient interactions to support scheduling and coordination of diagnostic imaging services Schedule, reschedule, cancel, and confirm patient appointments across multiple service lines, including CT, MRI, and X-ray Respond to patient inquiries regarding imaging services, appointment availability, and insurance verification while documenting all interactions accurately Required qualifications High school diploma or GED required Minimum of six months of experience in a healthcare contact center or customer service environment preferred Required work-from-home experience in a secure and distraction-free environment Basic computer proficiency, including experience with Windows-based systems and CRM or scheduling platforms Ability to type a minimum of 40 words per minute
