Our model of care focuses on a personal and self-directed process that empowers the people we serve and helps them to develop the skills to thrive!Title: Health Information Coordinator (Medical Records)Job Duties: The Health Information Coordinator (Medical Records) provides support to staff and oversees the HIM Department by assisting with monitoring and maintaining complete health records of all persons served. Accuracy and thoroughness are important, as they may create liability for the facility. Ensures professional contact with all levels of staff and stakeholders, including persons served and families. The Health Information Coordinator (Medical Records) reports to the Administrator or designee and works closely with the Director of Nursing, Program Director/Clinical Director, and other department heads.
