Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN Endoscopy for a travel nursing job in Madison, Wisconsin. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Endoscopy Discipline: RN Start Date: 09/28/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Job Summary: Endoscopy Lab in Madison, WI This Certified Registered Nurse (RN) position involves providing care during gastrointestinal (GI) and bronchoscopy procedures, including administration of sedation. The role requires managing patients across all levels of care, from pre- to post-procedure recovery, utilizing an RN-driven assessment approach to sedation within a high-acuity hospital setting. Job Details: Certifications, Education, and Experience: Valid RN license (WI RN or compact RN license acceptable), ACLS, BLS certification. Recent experience in recovering sedated GI and pulmonary procedures such as ERCP, EUS, EGD, Colonoscopy, and Bronchoscopy with 2 years of acute care experience within the last 3 years. Additional skills include administering conscious sedation, airway management, and operating endoscopic and monitoring equipment. Schedule: Days shift, 8-hour shifts, with rotating start times between 6:30 am and 10:30 am, minimum of 40 hours per week. Responsibilities: Provide care for patients during GI and Bronchoscopy procedures, including sedation administration and post-procedure monitoring. Require pass/fail telemetry testing before start, with strict passing scores. Willingness to perform bedside procedures in a high-acuity environment is essential. Additional Information: Must be able to perform moderate sedation in procedures, manage post-procedure recovery, and interpret cardiac rhythms. The assignment duration is from 09/28/2026 to 12/28/2026, with a minimum of two years recent inpatient RN experience in the specified specialty.
