Part-time Front Desk Coordinator

Position Position Title: Part-time Front Desk Coordinator Reports to: Office Manager This Position Features Generous pay and benefits including a 401k and profit-sharing plan. Key Responsibilities Greeting and Checking In Patients: Welcome patients in a friendly, professional manner; verify and update personal and insurance information. Escorting Patients: Take patients back to their rooms in a timely manner, ensure they are comfortable, and prepare them for their appointment. Scheduling Follow-up Appointments: After consultations or treatments, schedule follow-up appointments as needed, and provide patients with necessary instructions or reminders. Managing Patient Flow: Ensure smooth and efficient patient flow from check-in to check-out, assisting patients with any necessary forms or instructions. Data Entry: Accurately enter patient information into the electronic health records (EHR) system. Maintaining Office Environment: Keep the front desk area clean and organized; ensure patient privacy and confidentiality at all times. Collaboration: Work closely with medical staff to ensure patient needs are met efficiently and effectively. Confidentiality and Compliance All positions with Ellis & Badenhausen Orthopaedics, PSC are to use due care in the use and communication of patients’ protected health information.
