Member Care Advocate

As a full-time remote Member Care Advocate, the successful candidate will guide members through their personalized Wellth program, assist with technical issues, and connect them to healthcare services, ensuring they have the resources needed to manage their health effectively. Key responsibilities Answer questions and resolve technical or app-related issues for members regarding the Wellth Rewards program Assist members in accessing healthcare services, including finding providers and scheduling appointments Advocate for members by helping them understand and utilize their health plan benefits and resources Required qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish Prior customer service or healthcare navigation experience Understanding of health insurance or care coordination High school diploma or equivalent Strong critical thinking and organizational skills
