Talent Acquisition Manager

MikeWorldWide (MWW) is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our People & Talent team. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves the search, sourcing great candidates, building relationships, partnering with hiring managers, and creating a strong candidate experience from first conversation through offer. You’ll manage full-cycle recruiting across MWW, Hudson Lake, and Berk Communications, supporting teams across all practice areas. You’ll initially focus on roles from Account Coordinator through Account Supervisor/Account Director, with the opportunity to take on more senior searches over time. You’ll also help build talent pipelines, lead our internship program, strengthen our employer brand, and explore how AI and emerging technologies can make recruiting smarter and more effective. We’re looking for someone who knows the agency world, has a strong eye for talent, and thrives in a fast-moving environment. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment for positions ranging from Account Coordinator through Account Supervisor/Account Director, with the opportunity to take on more senior searches over time Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, define candidate profiles, develop search strategies, and provide insight on talent availability, compensation expectations, and market conditions Proactively source, engage, and build relationships with active and passive candidates across all practice areas Review resumes, conduct candidate screens and interviews, present qualified candidates to hiring teams, and manage the interview process through final selection Prepare and extend offers, coordinate pre-hire requirements, and support candidates through acceptance of offer Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs, including employee referrals and internal candidates Deliver a thoughtful, high-touch candidate experience and serve as an ambassador for MikeWorldWide (including Hudson Lake and Berk) throughout the recruiting process Partner with practice areas to update job descriptions and job postings and help identify new ways to attract talent and strengthen MWW’s employer brand Recruiting Operations & Innovation Maintain accurate candidate and requisition information within the ATS and track key recruiting activity, including pipeline and time to fill Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, AI tools ,and other recruiting technologies to improve sourcing, research, outreach, and overall recruiting efficiency Internship Program Manage MWW’s internship program from recruiting and selection through onboarding and program completion Partner with practice areas on intern needs and placements, interview candidates, manage offers, and serve as a key point of contact throughout the program Coordinate workshops, learning opportunities, meetings, and engagement activities Help identify high-performing interns for future full-time opportunities and continue to evolve the program year over year People & Talent Team Collaborate with the broader People team on select talent, culture, and employee experience initiatives Contribute ideas and jump in where needed as part of a collaborative, fast-moving team Must Have 4+ years of talent acquisition or recruiting experience Prior recruiting experience within a public relations, advertising, communications, or marketing agency environment Hands-on, daily experience using LinkedIn Recruiter to proactively source and engage passive candidates Experience independently managing multiple full-cycle searches at once Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, and hiring-manager partnership skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly organized, proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
