Global Commercialization Lead, SMA

Global Commercialization Lead for SMA at Biogen will develop and execute worldwide commercialization strategy, lead the global marketing team, and drive cross-functional collaboration to maximize brand value and revenue targets across multiple regions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead global commercialization strategy across multiple regions
- Own short-term brand plans focused on revenue maximization and targets
- Lead global marketing team in executing campaigns and marketing initiatives
- Provide commercial input to lifecycle management and asset value decisions
- Partner with regions and affiliates on country-specific market optimization
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, or related field
- 15+ years pharma/biotech industry experience
- 5+ years ex-US affiliate in-market experience required
- Proven biotech product launch experience
- Strong P&L management experience preferred
- Therapeutic area knowledge in rare diseases, transplant, neuro, or immunology
Compensation: $234,000-$321,750 base
